The guy working this afternoon was incredibly nice! My son, who's four, wanted a rainbow ice and didn't care about the flavors—he just wanted it to be rainbow. What My Maier doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice:
At 8:34 PM, they refused to open the door. One of the staff members simply waved and indicated that they were closed, then turned away. Meanwhile, the neon "OPEN" sign was lit, and the door clearly stated that they close at 9:00 PM. View all feedback.
