Issues include unclean play areas, unsanitary conditions, incorrect orders, slow service, and unprofessional staff behavior. The lack of customer service and cleanliness standards have resulted in a disappointing experience for many patrons. Despite the play area being a positive aspect, the overall impression of this particular McDonald's location is not a favorable one.

This is a good place to bring your kids as it has a play place. I have noticed that lots of McDonald's are getting rid of their play places but the one in Duncan still ha theirs and it is a decent size with lots of climbing and slides for kids. View all feedback.

Okay it's a McDonald's so I don't ever expect much, but this location is terrible. I only go through the drivethrew and they never put napkins, straws or utensils in the bag. Also there is always something wrong with the order. We've gone there three times and each time they screw up.
