The bed was comfortable. The check in and check out was easy and quick. The room was hot. Woke up at 1 am and the room was 77°. Turned the thermostat to 66° and the room never cooled. There wasn't soap in the bathroom to wash hands. Had to go to the front desk to get some. There wasn't any sheets for the pull-out bed. Had to go get those.
