Marriott Columbus Northwest - Dublin

I had a positive experience at this restaurant. The staff at the front desk were excellent, and I found the room to be quite nice. There was also a lovely space in the entryway for studying, dining, and relaxing. I'm willing to give up certain amenities, like free breakfast, if it means being surrounded by the right people with my family.

I've never encountered issues like this before, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she didn't even bother to check our reservation. She does not belong in the hospitality industry. I strongly suggest spending your money at one of the better hotels in the area.

The hotel looked spotless. We booked at a group rate, so I'm not sure about the regular rates, but ours was fantastic. The food and drinks were a bit on the expensive side, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Hotel was pretty lowkey and embarrassing for a couples get away for the room we had and price. As for the pool area... Sky lights leaked and we're missing drywall and paint, no hot tub, rooms were clean, but with no microwave and an sliding bathroom door so it has zero privacy... If you want to hear all bathroom activities then this will be for you. Some of the doors didn't lock at all for entrance to the building so free ways to get in. Staff was very nice though!!! I'm sure if this is a business trip you will have zero issues and a great outcome, but for a couples romantic get away. Or family trip... Save your money and go else where.Rooms: Very basic and unimpressive. No microwave and basic cable with not many selections. Sliding glass bathroom door is very strange.... The bed was comfortable. The check in and check out was easy and quick. The room was hot. Woke up at 1 am and the room was 77°. Turned the thermostat to 66° and the room never cooled. There wasn't soap in the bathroom to wash hands. Had to go to the front desk to get some. There wasn't any sheets for the pull-out bed. Had to go get those. There wasn't any creamer or coffee stirrers for the coffee pot and only one pod of coffee. Plus I noticed what appeared to mold in the shower the next morning. This was stay was a disappointment especially for the price. We will not stay at this location again.
