I love Costa Vida and their food. I don’t know if they just don’t answer phones and that’s normal or what, but they DO NOT answer the phone and I understand if they get busy it would be hard but you should be having at least one person sitting by the phones to answer calls. i’ve called them a dozen times and no answer and it’s getting really frustrating.
