I love Costa Vida and their food. I don’t know if they just don’t answer phones and that’s normal or what, but they DO NOT answer the phone and I understand if they get busy it would be hard but you should be having at least one person sitting by the phones to answer calls. i’ve called them a dozen times and no answer and it’s getting really frustrating. This has to be by far my favorite Costa Vida location. The staff is always kind and the food, I think, tastes the best at this spot!

Tortilla lacked salt. Unusually bland on my salad. Chicken was burnt and dry. Service was good though.
This place never disappoints! love the hospitality and the food is always bomb!!
