I love having Beans Brews available as the better alternative to Starbucks. As far as I can tell they treat their staff well and lack the toxic and repressive culture that Starbucks has. However, the starting pay seems to be $16/hr which may work out for 16-18 year olds who are dependant on their parents, but is not sustainable for any one who are trying to be independent.
