always something is missing when I have bigger orders and service is low. once I wondered if I could make a command for someone to go and had no answer. the type that picked up the phone was not helpful and nice. I learn Norwegian and he speaks with strange accents that were understandable for me and he does not even try to speak English. After he said something in Norwegian, the phone hangs up.
