Mcdonald's - Drammen

We needed a few mins of charging, and wanted some coffee. The charging setup was a bit outdated, but one of the few chargers that was there was available, so we started charging and went in to get coffee... Our last visit to McD has been quite a long time ago. The only thing we felt was sorta ok, was the coffee, so playing it safe, it was all we planned to get here. Even that felt a b it risky seeing how it was inside. The covers over the trash area was partly broken, exposing a tower of ice cubes that had been emptied out. It was... not.. appetising... The entire place felt more like some worn down bus terminal than a place to eat. Anyway... Coffee... I took a sip, and emptied the rest out. It was just horrid. My ok experience with McD coffee was not relived. I have given other McD places a one star due to their horrible food, but in retrospect some of those places felt like quality restaurants compared to what we saw here. So... No more McD ever... Not even for coffee..

I order two cheeseburgers and two with chicken, they add 4 same cheeseburgers. With chicken not found. Very sad when u don't got, what you order..

As I was reading the comments and rates here I realised that I am not the only one. 20 mins waiting time, they prepared two normal quarter pounder when I ordered for two DOUBLE quarter pounder and instead of giving me “new” ones they just added another meat the the previously already cold single quarter pounders in my order there was also a double cheese burger and my “intuition” told me if they screw the double quarter pounders most likely they also did with this one. I went to my car and checked the double cheese burger and guess what? My double cheese burger was a normal cheese burger so again they messed up. I had to go leave my car, go back and “kindly” ask for my double cheese burger I wonder who is the head of recruitment there, I wonder if they do quality audits on the personnel performance and customer service not going back there ever again unless strictly necessary

For the 100th time they can't deliver what you order? Without onions means without onions, this happens 1, 2, 3 and a thousand times, whether you understand Norwegian or not, state on the receipt without cursed onions Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
