Randy is the best employee at the restaurant. He consistently provides excellent service, never eats on the job, and has made me 100 shakes every time I've visited. One time, I offered him some of my food, but he politely declined, saying, "I'm not allowed to eat on the job." However, he did take my food and saved it for his break. The staff locks the doors early during the day. I placed a mobile order for pickup inside, but they wouldn't allow me to collect it at the drive-through. The staff seems to be quite unprofessional and seriously lacking in service. I've experienced poor, rude, or unprofessional service multiple times recently. It's time to improve! View all feedback.
