Randy is the best employee at the restaurant. He consistently provides excellent service, never eats on the job, and has made me 100 shakes every time I've visited. One time, I offered him some of my food, but he politely declined, saying, "I'm not allowed to eat on the job." However, he did take my food and saved it for his break. What Mar doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
The staff locks the doors early during the day. I placed a mobile order for pickup inside, but they wouldn't allow me to collect it at the drive-through. The staff seems to be quite unprofessional and seriously lacking in service. I've experienced poor, rude, or unprofessional service multiple times recently. It's time to improve! View all feedback.
Worst service ever... 2/9/21 at 11pm. Ordered food and we went to the window and added a cheeseburger. The guy at the window said to busy and can't add that. We waited for 10 min and they ignored us. I called their store number and they hung up.
This used to be one of the best jack in the box's in the area but now I avoid it at all cost. They never have anything in stock, they take forever to get the food out at all times of the day and the staff isn't as nice as they used to be. I've given them the benefit of the doubt time and time again but after many months of the same bs I can no longer recommend this location to anyone.
Love this place, friendly service. They don't rush u at the drive through window like McDonald's does. Get the order right.
Plenty room for parking. Nice employees good food. Clean in and outside. No playgrounds for kids. And new high-tech soda machines with different flavors of any kind Coca-Cola products. my favorite is Coke vanilla. And root beer vanilla.
The food was, as always, delicious. However, the service could use some improvement. There was an issue with my order, which wouldn't have been a big deal, but the response I received when I brought it up was unhelpful. Whatever happened to the customer being right?
