I was disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. They closed early, around 8 PM, and after placing an order for my family, I found out that they had removed all the condiments and veggies just as I was about to choose them. The staff seemed more focused on leaving than providing good service, closing two hours ahead of schedule. Additionally, there was a lot of commotion in the kitchen, including staff arg... The owner of this restaurant is quite unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She refused to refund my money for an item that was supposed to be complimentary with the sandwich I ordered. I strongly suggest that you dine elsewhere if you're at the Dothan Mall. The mall management has already received a complaint about this incident, as well as several others, from what I've gathered. In my honest opinion, it's best to steer clear of this place altogether.
Mrs rani was very welcoming to my request. Would like to say I had a great experience and the sandwiches were great. Thank you Mrs Rani for making it happen!!!
I’ve eaten here nearly everyday for the past few months and the customer service is always top notch, and the chicken tenders are AMAZING!
