I walked in to collect my takeaway order and waited for about 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter had a loud argument on the phone before passing it to another member of staff. She proceeded to dump my food on the counter and put the EFTPOS machine there for me to pay. Then upon completion of payment she walked away without so much as a word!
