The place is clean, but the service is slow. The only rude person at the establishment was the rude manager.
My fries were thrown in the bag and not in the fry bag. Also, the fries were re-cooked and nasty. Very disappointing
I waited 10 minutes for my Bo Berry Biscuits, and it seems like the staff is more caught up in their own workplace drama than in serving customers. I first attempted to use the drive-thru, but nobody responded, so I had to go inside—and now I see why. I'm not sure how they even have a 3-star rating. I won't be coming back!
Wow, the food was just as amazing as I remembered! I'm from New Jersey and visiting my dad, and this place is definitely a must-visit for me. The customer service was outstanding, which is what I always expect from here.
