Had a delightful visit to Fishbones in Southfield, Michigan off Northwestern Highway! Tried their peach tea Margarita.. a refreshing first for me. The margarita leaned more towards lime, but the Catfish Beignets were my go-to appetizer. Paired with a seafood salad and Key Lime Pie for dessert. I made a reservation in advance knowing it was a busy night in Detroit with the tigers playing and concert at ford field. We arrived on time to our reservation and were told “their kitchen crashed” and we would have to wait at least an hour. And no we weren't allowed to wait inside or at the bar or get a drink.
