Had a delightful visit to Fishbones in Southfield, Michigan off Northwestern Highway! Tried their peach tea Margarita.. a refreshing first for me. The margarita leaned more towards lime, but the Catfish Beignets were my go-to appetizer. Paired with a seafood salad and Key Lime Pie for dessert. What User doesn't like about Fishbone's:
I made a reservation in advance knowing it was a busy night in Detroit with the tigers playing and concert at ford field. We arrived on time to our reservation and were told “their kitchen crashed” and we would have to wait at least an hour. And no we weren't allowed to wait inside or at the bar or get a drink. Place its a SCAM!! Stay away from it. Super over priced. Quality and quantity very poor. Wont comeback
Food was great. Service was very slow. Was there for 2 hrs. Missed the start of the Tigers game. But would give it a second chance as I know others haven't had the same issue.
Overpriced for quality. Our pasta dish was a lot of pasta and a few shrimps and crayfish and mushrooms. Alegator bites were good but overpriced. Service was very good though.
Waiting system is weird but atmosphere is unique and flexible for most any outing.
Kinda feels just old but the food was good. Waitress kept rushing us and they weren't even busy def made the vibe worse
