Feedback
Was User at Table 6 a mag?
The staff was fantastic, the dessert was incredible, and the main dish was seasoned perfectly. However, the sauce felt like it was lacking something—perhaps a bit of salt. Overall, everything was well-cooked and served in generous portions. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Table 6:
They only accept card payments, and as a result, their cocktails come pre-mixed in small portions. We ordered three cosmopolitans, and it felt like we each got just a shot! It seemed like they took one serving and split it among us, which left barely enough for two more drinks. At $14 each, that's just absurd. The atmosphere was quite loud, which was fine, but the service was just average overall. View all feedback.
Table 6 is excellent. A small and modest interior with open kitchen and brick walls. Nothing showy or extravagant, which only adds to the charm. Service was friendly and casual, not exceptional but definitely not bad. The small menu was delicious, creative and seasonally appropriate. Judging from other reviews I imagine they change their menu frequently. Every dish we had was flavorful and inventive; everyone in my party was both satisfied and very impressed. Portions were large; we all left feeling happy and full. Some products are sourced locally, which is always appreciated. Did I mention how delicious the food was? I would not consider Table 6 affordable, but it was also not preposterously expensive. $35-$40 per entree but considering how delicious and sizeable the portions were, this felt fair (unlike many other bougie restaurants in Denver) Will definitely be returning, can't wait to see what else they cook up!
My husband, myself and another couple ate dinner here last Tuesday and had the best meal I can recall in a very long time. The food, service and wine options were wonderful. So happy to have found this place- we are new to Denver.
We really enjoy eating here. Innovative menu with fresh ingredients and good service. I try a different dish each visit and all have been excellent. The menu rotates given the farm-to-table concept, so it's worth getting several options to share. Highly recommend if looking for a bistro-style dining option.
I am writing again to share my reaction to this particular Thursday evening at the delightful Table 6 on Corona Street, just north of 6th Avenue. Tonight I had the Duck Confit. But first, for an appetizer, I had fried wontons with Kimchi. The wontons were wonderfully crisp, and the spice in the kimchi was kept down so that everyone could enjoy it. So smart, and so delicious. Now for the duck. I am in my late 70's, love duck, and I have never had it prepared better than at Table 6. It is remarkably fall off the fork tender, but with a crispy outside. I don't know how the chef does this. Really delicious. I had a lovely Cotes du Rhone wine with it. Being a tiny restaurant, Table 6 does not have an extensive wine list, but they know their wine and the wines on the list are always carefully chosen to complement the entrees. We love this place. If you haven't tried this neighborhood restaurant, do. It isn't inexpensive, but is so worth going. And if you try it, you will be back. a dedicated, repeat customer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
