For the area I guess it's not bad but I would go to Gastonia or Huntersville for sushi.

I had to return to pick up the ginger sauce that was missing from my order, and I discovered that they had added carrots, which my son is mildly sensitive to. They kindly made a completely new order without the carrots. I absolutely love Japan and would gladly go out of my way to dine here again!

The food is consistently del... read more The restaurant was quite bustling, with only three staff members on duty, but they all worked hard and delivered excellent service. The food is consistently delicious. I did notice that the soup portions appear to be more generous for takeout, and the sauce on the broccoli tempura is better distributed in the takeout container. These are minor observations, but overall, I highly recommend this place! Regarding parking, the parking lot is a bit unconventional but sufficient.
