Not the first time! Pull up, press button, voice comes on to tell us “WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS”. I Ask when would they be taking orders. She answers “DONT KNOW”. No explanation. On other side of building there are several cars with orders. All the cars around me just threw their hands up and left. SEVERAL TIMES,I have sat there until red button timed out then left.
