I ordered through the tropical smoothie app and door dash delivered it. I ordered the Pomegranate Plunge which is Pink. I received the wrong smoothie which was white in color and tasted like peanut butter or peanuts. I called the manager at the store and she went out of her way to deliver the correct smoothie to me at my job that's less than a mile down the road. I greatly appreciate her doing that for me. Worst experience ever!!!! The staff was MISERABLE and rude, rolled their eyes at customers, did not greet anyone, bad energy overall. The cafe was disorganized and dirty and from what I could see the back room was filthy too. I literally am never going back there, such bad vibes! View all feedback.
