Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Delray Beach

I placed my order using the Tropical Smoothie app, and DoorDash was responsible for the delivery. I had ordered the Pomegranate Plunge, which is pink, but I ended up receiving a white smoothie that tasted like peanut butter or peanuts. I called the store manager to explain the situation, and she went above and beyond by personally delivering the correct smoothie to my workplace, which is less than a mile away. I really appreciate her effort to resolve the issue.

This location is not preparing the regular smoothies well. During the summer, the limited-time smoothies were crafted much better. Now they contain too much ice, lack key ingredients, and end up being tasteless and disappointing. I've been let down too many times. I've started ordering from another location instead. The management or ownership of this place should take note of these issues.

I've often had issues with my orders being incorrect. Most of the time, I never receive a straw with my smoothies when ordering through Uber Eats. They also never answer the phone when I try to call and confirm my orders to ensure accuracy. The Boynton location is much more organized and cleaner. It's really disappointing.

Worst experience ever!!!! The staff was MISERABLE and rude, rolled their eyes at customers, did not greet anyone, bad energy overall. The cafe was disorganized and dirty and from what I could see the back room was filthy too. I literally am never going back there, such bad vibes!

The staff is great always quick with my orders. I order online and it’s always waiting for me.
