That's great. Brisket and rib skirt! Children love the Mac cheese. This is a family to go if we don't feel like cooking. Ribs should not fall from the bone and be drowned in sauce! They should have their own taste and the sauce is compliment. Bands are not a vehicle for the sauce. PBC gets it. View all feedback.

This used to be my favorite BarBQ place, but this visit was very disappointing. My Brisket sandwich was cold. The BBQ sauce was watery and didn't have much kick.
