That's great. Brisket and rib skirt! Children love the Mac cheese. This is a family to go if we don't feel like cooking. Ribs should not fall from the bone and be drowned in sauce! They should have their own taste and the sauce is compliment. Bands are not a vehicle for the sauce. PBC gets it. View all feedback.

This used to be my favorite BarBQ place, but this visit was very disappointing. My Brisket sandwich was cold. The BBQ sauce was watery and didn't have much kick. I finally decided to stop by this restaurant after passing by it for three years. The moment I tasted the greens, I exclaimed, "Oh my!" It was absolutely delicious! I can already tell that I'll be visiting every chance I get. I'm determined to try everything on the menu!
Overall, the food was quite disappointing. It lacked flavor, the cornbread was mushy, and the baked beans tasted like they had been reheated from a previous meal. The first bite of the mac and cheese actually made me gag. If you enjoy this food, I’m sorry that you haven't experienced truly good barbecue. They also forgot one of my sides in my takeout order, but honestly, I'm glad they did—I would have rather not eaten it. And a quick shoutout to all the flies in the restaurant!
The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The ribs were decent, although a bit tough. The collard greens, on the other hand, were excellent. Overall, the prices are quite reasonable.
Since I started working in Delmont, I had been curious about this place and had wanted to order from there. Today was that day, and Boy Howdy am I glad that I did. I got the pulled pork sandwich with the macaroni and cheese and potato salad. The pork had an awesome yet unique taste to it, and I wish I had ordered more mac and cheese. Great prices on the menu, and it feels great ordering from a local place to pump up the business in the area. Will definitely be back in the future!
Good food for the money. I would like to see some different sauces added, that's the only downfall I see to the place.
