I went in tonight to pick up my order. It was not ready even after the reported pickup time. When my food finally came out, they had forgotten an item in my order so I had to stand there while they made it and the rest of my food got cold. They did not even offer me a soda or anything for the inconvenience. The crew just laughed at the girl that forgot to put it in the oven. Customer service and professionalism has r...
