What j k doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I went in tonight to pick up my order. It was not ready even after the reported pickup time. When my food finally came out, they had forgotten an item in my order so I had to stand there while they made it and the rest of my food got cold. They did not even offer me a soda or anything for the inconvenience. The crew just laughed at the girl that forgot to put it in the oven. Customer service and professionalism has r... Employees are great, and the food is perfect. Definitely recommend this location.
Food was good...kind-of expensive if you ask me...buy my family wanted to order from here
We are One family that used to prefer Little Caesars over everything but since I took the chance to order Papa John's randomly I don't think we'll be going back to Little Caesars the atmosphere was welcoming the ordering was easy and the pickup couldn't have went smoother they were slammed with orders and everybody work together like a well-oiled machine. Has my pizza business for life!!
I experience bias constantly; however, from a national chain, it is unacceptable. My experience picking up my pizza from Papa John's in Delaware, Ohio, will be something I will never do again. I arrived at the restaurant having placed my order, stating my Super Hawaiian Pizza was ready. After going in to pick it, I stood there for five minutes waiting someone to assist me. Another person of a different race came after me, and the girl working there asked her if you could help. The pizza was not ready for this person. When the employee came back and walked past me again, I pulled my phone out and displayed my order and name. The pizza was sitting, waiting; the employee gave me the pizza, and I left. Normally, I say thank you and have a great day. However, I was stunned and walked out. If Papa Johns' employees display this type of service when people of color come into their establishment, I can spend my money elsewhere. Money is green, and customer should not be treated disrespectfully based on their color, especially in a national chain. Bias training, discrimination, and customer service training are essential in today's businesses.

Customer service and professionalism has really just disappeared in today's world. Also, they changed their boneless wings. Now they are just spicy chicken nuggets and totally gross. I'm very disappointed in this store because I come here often. Totally hosed us tonight.
