Located in a charming village, this pub offers a range of vegetarian options and has moderate wheelchair accessibility. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20. Despite mixed reviews of the food and service, the atmosphere is generally rated a 4 out of 5. Recommended dishes include Fish and Chips, which stood out as a highlight. The establishment is connected to a fish and chips shop, making it a unique destination. Although some patrons have noted the pub's tired appearance and lack of cleanliness, others have praised the friendly staff and delicious meals. Overall, it's a quintessential English village pub experience.
What Carmen Mason likes about The White Horse:
really nice pub connected to a fish and chips shop! we had their fish and chips and they were the best we have ever eaten really delicious and it is worth checking. also nice to be able to sit in a pub and have served them fresh, besides a pint! the only thing I would say is that the pub looks very tired and could definitely do with a refresh!
