I didn’t like: That we had to pay for toppings even if we didn’t want them. No paper towels in bathroom. In general it looked unprofessional with the door to storage area open, extra supplies in bathroom just sitting on the floor, etc. $22 for 2 ice creams felt overpriced and then it put me over the edge when they didn’t even offer free water in a cup.
