By far my favorite pizza in university city! I always go for the mushroom or sausage pizzas as they are incredibly flavorful. The crust is nice and chewy and the pizza is not too greasy. Franklin's table can get quite busy, so I recommend ordering ahead since you are still able to eat in the food hall. Ordered the mushroom pizza. They do dough well; blistering crust with the right amount of char and it's not too thick. But for a $14 pizza, I expect high quality ingredients. My toppings were primarily crispy onions which I'm not mad about (it's hard to hate fried onions), but no other mushrooms besides very thin slices of baby portabella mushrooms were legible.
