What Lourdes Cortez doesn't like about Great American Cookies:
We ordered a cake for my son's birthday and when it was picked up they said their system was down so they could only accept cash. We had to pay the atm fee at the mall , because no one could call the customers to let them know ahead of time to bring cash. To top it off , they spelled my son's name wrong on the cake.
