Between my wife and I we have tried 9 different sandwiches here. So far, our favorites are the Father Dolan and the VIP. Italian Beef and Vienna hot dogs were legit, but you’ll never see a true Chicago place sell you those items with Ruffles chips. Add fresh cuts fries instead, and it would add to the authenticity of true Chicago-style. Minus a star for a sour response from Dan. Soggy chips with your meal isn’t the answer regardless if you were from Chicago. It’s not the Chicago way. Do better, and represent with authenticity. View all feedback.
