I moved to DFW from NOLA many years ago and have been searching for a NOLA dish called yakamein, but have been unable to find it in the area. That is, until I discovered Sweet Grass Market through a Google search. Unfortunately, when I arrived at this amazing restaurant, they were sold out of yakamein and hot sausage poboy.
