Surprised, used to go to Swallow in The Hollow weekly. The quality is dropping in my opinion. Ordered chopped combo plate, pork and brisket. Sides were fantastic. Brisket and pork had way to much bark in it. I like some bark, but when you have to pick through the bark to get a decent size piece of the meat, it's not good. View all feedback.
