Last night was my first time ever trying Firehouse Subs as I'm not big on eating sandwiches, but when I do I usually go to Subway. Well this place has just become my “go to spot” for my sandwiches! I had their “small” Italian Bacon sandwich with Ranch dressing and wished I'd gotten a bigger sandwich, like our daughter did who ordered a “large”. We have never ordered here and gotten a correct order. Tonight, they somehow managed to mess up all four of the sandwiches ordered. The topping on the Mac and cheese was stale and soggy. On top of that, the sandwiches weren’t ready at pick up time (ordered from the app). They were made about 10—15 minutes later, although they didn’t seem busy at all upon arrival.
