Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Covington

What Jessica B likes about Dickey's Barbecue Pit:
Surprisingly decent quick-serve BBQ. Despite being a chain, the food here is often genuinely good. The shop has a fairly established staff that is always friendly and often seems to remember us, or at least pretends to and that's good enough for me. The meats are just the slightest bit dry but I think that might be on purpose, for soaking up the sauce. Sweet sauce is super good. Creamed spinach is flavorful and rich.... View all feedback.

What Sarah H doesn't like about Dickey's Barbecue Pit:
Horrible experience. We visited on Saturday and the guy that took our order was rude and not customer friendly at all. We ordered 2 brisket plates with each a side of macaroni and both items were dry, like they had been sitting for a while. We also ordered chicken nuggets for my granddaughter and they were overcooked. I will not go back and would not recommend to anyone. View all feedback.
