Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Covington

The cashier was happy and friendly. The other employee seemed to be mad at the entire world. The food was good, hot, pretty quick but brisket was very fatty. The women's restroom was filthy. See pictures attached. Wish I'd seen the fifth before putting the food in my mouth. Very disappointed to see this anywhere but in a restaurant, just wow.

Being from Texas, I didn't expect great bbq from here. In that way, Dickey's meets my expectations. The food is very “just ok.” What really gets me is that I ran a profit-share event here, where for a few hours one evening, for anyone who came and mentioned our group, we were told we would get a split of the profits from that sale. Horrible experience. We visited on Saturday and the guy that took our order was rude and not customer friendly at all. We ordered 2 brisket plates with each a side of macaroni and both items were dry, like they had been sitting for a while. We also ordered chicken nuggets for my granddaughter and they were overcooked. I will not go back and would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered take out for a birthday party. All and all it was good. Beans weren’t done but bbq was great! We love Dickies bbq!

The cashier was nice it was a girl the other 2 gentleman had very bad attitudes and the food was horrible will not be returning!!!!!
