Dinner in Le Chabichou was a feast for the eyes and the senses! It's art. It was the best dinner ever. My favorite restaurant and good dining experience so far. Chef Rochedy was the superstar of this restaurant. After he sold it and died, everything changed. They redesigned it completely, it has entirely lost its charm. Stephane has gotten rid of the classic dishes and removed the a la carte menu. He is trying to make a modern cuisine and there is no identity anymore. In my opinion it is an absolute disaster and a shame. I will not be coming back to the restaurant. View all feedback.
