I wish I could go at least one month without getting a cup of coffee with coffee grounds in it. Nothing worse than going to take those last few drinks and swallowing coffee grounds. While most days, the coffee is good, I just cant seem to go too longwithout a crunchy surprise at the bottom of my cup.
The new Grilled Cheese with tomato pesto sandwich is awesome! Good service,great service very clean
The staff is extremely helpful, and of course, the coffee is just like that at any other Dunkin'. Overall, a great experience!
I've been enjoying the brown sugar foam iced coffee from various D&D locations for several days, but my experience at this one was by far the worst. The drink is meant to be just black coffee topped with brown sugar foam, which I appreciate since I can't tolerate the milk and sugar found in other iced coffee options. Unfortunately, they added cream to my drink, making it much sweeter than what I've had at other locations. It seems like a simple order: black coffee with foam from a can. Proper employee training is essential for maintaining consistency. The staff was friendly, so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just one—otherwise, I would have thrown the drink away.
The staff is amazing, the service is exceptional, and the manager, Shane, is very attentive and supportive.
