They do have tables inside (no servers) but it's mostly all takeout, and very busy nonetheless. I ate in after ordering and while there was never a line, there was a steady stream of pick up orders. Food was really fresh and delicious nd a huge portion. Service was quick and friendly. Prices online don't match but I'll upload pics of the menu View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Happy Peking House:
Absolutely has gone way down hill. Used to have wonderful dim sum, now it's a regurgitate d mess of overly soggy pastry and half inch of starchy water on the bottom of take out containers. We has to dispose of it. If I get food poisoning, that one bite was the culprit, I used to love their food, I've never posted a complaint before, but this food was beyond edible.
