This is unheard of! Arriving at 7:30 p.m. (I said 7:30 p.m. not 6:30 p.m. for a reservation at 7:30 p.m. the team had not finished eating so they signaled to us through the window that we had to wait. After 5 minutes of waiting outside we left... We had a very pleasant time, starting with a delicious apricot rosemary aperitif alcohol . The chorizo served with the linguine is very fragrant and goes well with the cream and pine nuts. I just wish I had a little more chorizo because I'm greedy . The texture of the chocolate comes through on its own. A delight. The portions are well measured, which allows you to enjoy the dessert until the last spoonful without straining and without food waste. My family and I come regularly (at least quarterly) to Mosse. We loved this restaurant both in terms of the cuisine and the service. However, 14 days ago we made a reservation (my mom) for 4 people. A week before we called to add 1 person and asked if it was possible. 1st call no one answers, we send an email. No one has yet responded. The next day we call back someone tells us to call back: that they don't know if they will be able to add a person... so we call back on Wednesday mid-morning so as not to disturb, same answer... On Thursday (the day before our evening at the restaurant) we remember again. The person answering the phone asked us to “stop calling to ask this, because they had a lot of work.” We therefore decided to cancel the reservation. Apparently they don't like regular customers. You shouldn't get a big head when an establishment is operating, having worked in catering myself, we did everything possible to add 1 or more services. It's called being commercial.
