Stopped in for a quick something to eat on the road and they didn't disappoint, got a simple burger tray with french fries, the fried cheese bites and a soda for $7 can't complain about the price... all the food was good and tasty and plenty there to fill me and some leftover for he dog. Second time I've stopped at one of these and happy both times, sure beats the other fast food burger traps. View all feedback.
What jay doesn't like about Cook Out:
As you can see in the photo, they didn’t give us 2 large drinks as on the receipt (pictured). I do not know what it is about Cook Out, but the customer service is always TERRIBLE. Always. And they like to rush you at the drive thru speaker, but forget the menu is a mess. It’s not customer service friendly. No wonder this chain hasn’t grown out of the South.
