Starbucks will give an entire small cup of whip cream to a dog for free but wanted to charge me $4.00 for the same thing for my toddler!!!??? I asked for a tiny water cup with a squirt of lemonade with a touch of whip cream which is less than a full cup of whip cream and they said they couldn't do that for free but could give a dog a full cup of whip cream for free!!
