I am Italian and I have been living between Dublin and Cork for the last 8 years and I can say that this is definitely the best pizza I have ever eaten in Ireland. The staff are also very kind. Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful tasty pizza, but the quality of the parmesanfries has deteriorated. a bit mean on the cheese. delicious full-bodied rioja good service
Very good wood fired pizzas. it is a difficult balance, thin crust neapolitan style crust and stack on the beats to make, but these two pizzas were on point. some places slashed on the beats, but there was a good amount of buffalo mozzarella on the margherita pizza and goat cheese on the special pizza. not a beer on the hahn, but strolling of peroni and moretti.
We have eaten in Palmento numerous times over the years and have always found the pizzas to be excellent and the staff very friendly. We nearly always book a table. Palmento is expensive (and prices have gone up recently) but still excellent, 5 stars.
Absolutely fantastic service pizza was great as always and great value highly recommend
