At this highway Bojangles, the food often steals the show — fresh, hot chicken, biscuits, Bo-Rounds and standout hashbrowns earn high marks from travelers and families. Service is inconsistent: courteous, patient teams and clean restrooms coexist with slow drive-thru lines, forgotten or shorted orders and occasional rudeness. Availability of staples like sweet tea can be spotty, and cleanliness varies. Great Southern fast-food flavors make it worth a stop if you can tolerate variable service.
Chicken tenders were pretty good and those little biscuits are delicious!
Don't ever come to this place the people are beyond rude they don't talk to u and the said everything had a 15 minute wait from chicken down to rice down to the pies they are advertising I will never come back here been waiting on our foor for 20 mins already there is trash on the floor water under a booth the employees again are beyond rude never ate at one and was really excited to try it I will never ever be back to this store
First, I have to say. My wife and I like Bojangles. This may have been a one-off. The store we visited looked very new. The wait to have our order taken was long for only having a couple with a small order ahead of us. Then the wait for our food was well over 15 minutes. The food was almost inedible due to the excessive amount of seasoning applied to the chicken and fries. My kids were not able to eat their lunch. It may just be a crew learning curve. The crew was VERY friendly and kind. That was appreciated. Will not let experience stop us from going again.
They literally dropped my food in the floor re wrapped it and just stuck it in the bag
The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I waited 20 mins for my food, when the lady brought it out, she was rude, the order was missing things, I said it was, she then was mad I made her go get what I was missing. Once she brought it, no sorry, or apology for messing it up to start with, nothing was said. She basically threw it at me and walked away! Stay classy Corbin
