My partner and I love this store for all it 's local products, clean layout, and the staff are very friendly. You 'll find a simple coffee and tea station, local groceries, ready to go sandwiches and deli eats. And we love the assortment of unconventional cooking condiments, spices, etc. from the Asian continent because we often cook with those. It 's great having a grocer who carries those harder finds. What Savannah doesn't like about Copake General Store:
great small town store that I want to badly to support but the check out lady owner and young woman who works here are both so rude and controlling, rarely helpful. I never get a good vibe- I always leave feeling under appreciated and kinda sad, even after spending tons of money they just don’t seem to have an ability to be warm and fuzzy or kind at all, in fact it feels like they are almost intentionally cold?
