Was Anonym at Touch Cafe a mag?
The touchscreens are no longer what is probably a good thing, as the highlight is the view of the beaches of Constanta. 6:00 in the low season Monday evening we had the place. Despite the open roof, the place smells like a curved cigarette smoke. The Aperol spray was okay. Come here alone to see the view. View all feedback.

Touch Cafe is now called Musset. Even if it is illegal, smoking is obviously allowed here. In the afternoon there were only four tables, but everyone smoked. The view is not visible when sitting. View all feedback.

Beautiful atmosphere and music. the personal was very friendly and good prices for the opposite. you can also smoke inside. would recommend.
The staff here is friendly and helpful. The food is also very good and from a large menu. But the room gets very smoky with all of the cigarettes at night.
