Moe's is a place I thoroughly enjoy frequently. It was great until they denied my mother her birthday burrito. It was frustrating, BUT was resolved with Christina who took her time helping us by talking to management! After a hard days work, I was looking forward to a southwest bowl. Decided to order ahead on my phone for pickup on moe’s app and it says I can’t place orders online anymore. No biggie, I’ll just drive up and order in person myself. I show up 30 minutes before close (right after work) and doors are lock and staff is sitting in the dining area.
