I ordered a chicken cutlet pizza for my wife to pick up and bring home, making it clear that I did not want a chicken parmesan pizza due to the excessive sauce. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and to make matters worse, they charged us $31, despite acknowledging my order over the phone. I received exactly what I didn’t want, and the chicken was bland.
