To be completely honest, I only called this McDonald's as a prank to say I had no money, but I had a Dab pen and offered to swap a hit for a McFlurry. The lady on the phone surprisingly told me I could just come in and get a McFlurry for free since I was being playful. It was the best prank call I've ever made and the best customer service I've ever received! View all feedback.

I found it very frustrating when I ordered a dessert that was supposed to be a shock flavor, but it looked almost identical to the vanilla I saw advertised. Both were described as earthy, so I was confused. When I got home and tasted it, I realized it was actually vanilla! They should have given me a new one when I asked them to double-check.
