To be completely honest, I only called this McDonald's as a prank to say I had no money, but I had a Dab pen and offered to swap a hit for a McFlurry. The lady on the phone surprisingly told me I could just come in and get a McFlurry for free since I was being playful. It was the best prank call I've ever made and the best customer service I've ever received! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I found it very frustrating when I ordered a dessert that was supposed to be a shock flavor, but it looked almost identical to the vanilla I saw advertised. Both were described as earthy, so I was confused. When I got home and tasted it, I realized it was actually vanilla! They should have given me a new one when I asked them to double-check. Overall, the food was good, so I’d rate it 4 out of 5. View all feedback.
I like that they employ many young people, but the man was my last experience with the drive that warned something from a horror movie. the line was out of the parking lot and it became clear later who on this particular layer was hardcore falling the ball. After I took them 10 minutes to find out how to add a quarter Pounder piece to the screen, I pull forward and they give me someone else job after he had confirmed it was a qp. it was my fault not to confirm, but guess who had to come back in this line directly from my nightmares? this time I opened the bag to check before I pulled away (30 minutes later.) the second star is for the all-new pommes. Thank you.
I always enjoy this Mcdonalds. Very easy to get in and out of as long as your coming westbound on Austin Bluffs. Customer service is very A1, sometimes the bread is a little hard. Oh well. The nuggets are always fire though.
Very hit or miss McDonald’s when it comes to timely-ness of going through drive through or dining in, but overall, the employees always tend to be above average friendly compared to most McDonald’s.
Went through the drive thru, both lanes open. I was the only car there. Pulled up, no response. Car pulled into the other drive thru lane, they took their order. Another car pulled up in the other lane, also took their order. Sat there while two other cars came well after me and got their orders in because someone doesnt know how to work the drive thru. Wont be back.
This is the first time I have been to this location. The service was phenomenal, the drive-thru staff were friendly and professional, my food was hot and yummy, and the order was correct.
