Stopping on our way through to a conference in MA. First of all let's give a shout out to the two Sarah's. They both took care of us from drinks to food, and knew the menu inside out and recommended what turned out to be pretty good pub food. Pathetic service ruined what could have been a decent visit. Sat at the bar and the bartender is trained to never turn around to look at customers and focus on glassware. In addition, we waited over an hour for 2 salads and watched guy sitting next to us get his food half hour before us despite sitting down 20 minutes after us.
